The Intercontinental Thoroughbred Classifications Committee operates under the
banner of the Asian Racing Federation. It comprises representatives from Australia,
Hong Kong, India, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Africa
and the United Arab Emirates. The group also lists the results from the major
South American centres of Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Peru.
