In Singapore, Kambula Stud's dual Gr1-winning stallion Blevic added a group success when Oneninetyfive scored by a neck in the $200,000 Group 3 3YO Sprint at Kranji.

Oneninetyfive was ridden by Robbie Fradd for trainer Brian Dean and they defeated Onceupontime (Van Nistelrooy-Scarlet Runner by Kingdom Bay) and Big Maverick (O'Reilly-Ajfan by Woodman).

Oneninetyfive has four wins and two placing's to his credit and with more than $200,000 in the bank he has given his trainer a huge return.

Brian Dean purchased him out of the 2006 Magic Millions Adelaide Sale at Morphettville for just $20,000.

Oneninetyfive is Blevic's 15th stakes winner and he is out of Emerald Lake (by Euclase) who hails from a family that's produced the Group I WATC Fruit 'n' Veg Stakes hero, Blevvo (by Blevic) and Group 3 stakes winner True Spirit (by Mustin Lake).

Racing was back on track after the equine influenza crisis that halted racing last Saturday and in the feature race of the 10-race card at Morphettville, the Penny Edition Stakes, Blevic underlined his credentials when Sassbee scored a strong win the Listed event.

Prepared by David Jolly and ridden by Matthew Neilson, Sassbee finished too strongly to beat Secret Daughter (Swamp King - Favoured Affair by Favoured Bay) by a long neck with reigning Magic Millions Adelaide 2YO Classic winner Truly Beautiful (Beautiful Crown - Zabstar by Zabeel) a further three-quarters-of-a-length away in third.

A son of Kambula Stud's resident sire star Blevic, Sassbee has been a tremendous money spinner for connections.  The Penny Edition was his third stakes victory and eighth overall for the seven-year-old gelding who has now amassed more than $350,000 in pizemoney.

David Jolly purchased the gelding for just $3,600.00 from the draft of Trimview Park Stud at the 2002 Magic Millions Adelaide Cup Sale at Morphettville.  From the lightly raced Marquee Star mare Aneret Gold, Sassbee is a full brother to the six time winner Cadgee Gold.
