Melbourne, Vic (Jan 21st, 2010) - Brisbane racing identity Kerrina King has joined the Queensland Racehorse Owners Association Committee.
A former committee member of the Brisbane Turf Club, Kerrina boasts an impressive resume which will make her a valuable asset to the QROA. Her previous roles within the racing industry include Executive Secretary, Thoroughbred Breeders Queensland and Chairman of the Albion Park Trust.
“I’m pleased Kerrina has joined our committee and I am sure she will make some significant contributions to the association,” said QROA President Simon Quinn.
“Our committee now has a diverse group of members which will assist in continuing to improve the industry for owners in what is a challenging time.”
King part owns and breeds a number of gallopers, and is a regular attendee at Race Meetings and Industry events throughout South East Queensland.
Degree qualified with a Master of Business in Communication, Kerrina commences her role with the QROA at the next monthly meeting which is set down for February
