Equine Veterinarians Australia will conduct a meeting of over 40 veterinarians to review and discuss the assessment of common radiographic abnormalities in thoroughbred yearlings.

The seminar will take place on Friday evening at Inglis’ Oaklands Complex, ahead of Monday’s Melbourne Premier Yearling Sale from March 1-4. The seminar will feature two of the world’s leading authorities on Equine X-Rays.

Internationally renowned radiographic expert Dr Steve Hance of Oklahoma’s EMA Practice, will head a panel discussion to review a series of radiographs, while highly regarded equine vet Dr Angus Adkins has been secured to speak about the common radiographic abnormalities in thoroughbred yearlings to Australia’s leading equine specialists.

As a special guest of Inglis’ for the Melbourne Premier Sales, Dr Steve Hance will also be in attendance for the duration of the 2010 Melbourne Premier Yearling Sale as an expert advisory consultant in the radiograph repository
