Melbourne, Vic (Feb 8th, 2010) - Glenlogan Park’s Group I winning sire Show a Heart followed on from his metropolitan double at Eagle Farm last Wednesday with another winner at Doomben on Saturday moving further up the national sires earnings ladder.
Tolart (ex I Told You by Sea Road), a five-year-old mare, won her fourth race when she took out the Sun Sparc Hcp (1640m) at Doomben after Red Raiders (4yo gelding) and Notre Heart (5yo mare) won a couple of sprint races at Eagle Farm on Wednesday.
Their contribution pushed Show a Heart’s earnings for 2009-10 over $2,371,590 on the Australian sires’ list by earnings, placing him in 15th place and above Hussonet, Danehill Dancer, Rock of Gibraltar, Bianconi and Flying Spur in the leading 20.
Also one of the leaders numerically, Show of Heart, boasting 59 individual winners, is in 15th spot on the Australian sires’ list by winners, with Commands leading the way on 99 individual winners.
