Melbourne, Vic (March 9th, 2010) - The win of Wanted in the Group I Newmarket Hcp at Flemington last Saturday was a timely boost for Fastnet Rock’s northern profile.

Coolmore has sent Fastnet Rock to Ireland to cover mares and the young son of Danehill has just begun his first northern stint.  The dual group one winner has some choice mares to cover including the  classic winners Alexandrova and Moonstone and All Too Beautiful, a classic placed half sister to Sea The Stars.

Fastnet Rock’s northern fee has been set at €35,000.
