Germany’s annual BBAG sale, held over two days, featured yearlings by stallions on the shuttle to Australia and New Zealand with stock going through the ring by Amadeus Wolf (1), Captain Rio (1), Dylan Thomas (2), High Chaparral (4), Rock of Gibraltar (2), Shamardal (2) and Oratorio (2).
The first days selling got underway last Friday, September 3rd, and the last yearling walked through the ring the following day.   At the end of proceedings, figures for the sale were slightly higher than last year.

Topping the sale at €95,000 euro was a filly by Clodovil (Danehill – Clodora by Linamix) out of Kirunavaara (by Galileo), a winner of five races including a listed event in Germany, and sold to Dr. Berglar.

Of the 277 yearlings offered 235 lots sold for €6,119,000 a median of €25,519 at an average of €26,038
