Victorian-based Golden Snake (Danzig) was represented by a new Gr 1 winner on Sunday when his daughter Quiza Quiza Quiza (5 m Golden Snake - Quiz Chow) won the Gr 1 Longine Premio Lydia Tesio over 2000m at Rome. In a 1,2,3 finish for shuttle-stallions Quiza Quiza Quiza defeated Beatrice Aurore (Danehill Dancer) with Kapitale (Dubawi) another length and a half away in third place.
Irish Derby winner Golden Snake is the sire of five Gr 1 winners and now stands at Bombora Downs in Victoria at a fee of $6,600 incl GST.
